In 2015, SX Liquors embarked on a mission to revolutionize its market presence in Maryland, Delaware, and DC. Partnering with the Phoenix Rising Group, the company witnessed a meteoric rise in sales within six months, a staggering 6X increase.
Recognizing my contributions to this success, the founder, David Knight, bestowed upon me the title "OBI" - a nod to the iconic Star Wars character, symbolizing limitless potential.
Empowered by this trust, I led the charge to expand SX Liquor's footprint. I strategically deployed a team of skilled Sales Ambassadors to key markets, including Miami, Chicago, New Orleans, New York, and New Orleans. These dedicated individuals, armed with a comprehensive sales and promotional strategy, were instrumental in amplifying brand visibility, captivating consumers, and ultimately driving significant sales growth.
Under my leadership, SX Liquor achieved remarkable milestones, expanding its distribution network to 15 Eastern US states and consistently delivering double-digit growth.

In the early 1990s, Scott Folkins was assigned the task of expanding Folgers Coffee's presence in the U.S. office club market. He led the initiative to introduce Folgers products to major office supply retailers, bringing the brand's rich aroma and taste to American workplaces.
To achieve this goal, Scott sold Office Depot, the nation's largest office club retailer on partnering with Folgers Coffee with support from other Procter & Gamble team members. They secured a distribution deal for six key Folgers products, which allowed the company to gain significant shelf space in stores across the country. This strategy was projected to generate $20 million in annual sales for Folgers.

A Strategic Triumph
In 1991, I was tasked with a challenging yet exciting endeavor: expanding Sunny Delight's
market presence into the dairy industry. To achieve this ambitious goal, I meticulously crafted and executed a comprehensive strategy to establish a robust distribution network.
The first step involved identifying key regional and national beverage distributors who shared our vision of growth and innovation. Through a series of strategic negotiations, I successfully secured 18 new distribution agreements, significantly expanding our market reach to encompass 15 states.
A crucial aspect of this initiative was to optimize profitability. By focusing on the brand's most lucrative package sizes, we were able to drive substantial revenue growth. The result was a remarkable $1 million increase in annual sales, a testament to the power of strategic partnerships and effective distribution.
